SuperArmor™ is a completely different approach to bumper design.
We take intersecting curved planes, remove the material that isn’t necessary, and leave only the essence of strength, function, and design. The result is a bumper that complements the factory body lines while delivering exceptional protection, recovery capability, and a distinctive appearance.
Designed specifically for 2011-2015 Ford Super Duty trucks, SuperArmor combines aggressive styling, hidden winch integration, and heavy-duty construction into a package that is equally at home on a work truck, expedition vehicle, or daily driver.

The reinforced winch box is fully boxed, triangulated, and engineered to handle the loads generated by today’s largest recovery winches while maintaining a clean, integrated appearance.
CONSTRUCTION
- 11-gauge steel construction
- 1/4-inch steel reinforcement in critical load-bearing areas
- Internal rib structure for maximum rigidity
- Precision-fabricated and welded assembly
Unlike many aftermarket bumpers that extend far beyond the front of the truck, SuperArmor protrudes only about one inch beyond the factory bumper while still concealing the winch. The entire structure is contoured to complement the factory styling of the Super Duty.
LIGHTING
The bumper was designed around Vision X® 4400 Series lamps, available in Halogen, HID, and LED configurations. The mounting provisions and openings were engineered specifically around these industry-leading lighting systems.
