what motor & batts & tires?

I find that on most trucks that have brushless power it's more about throttle management.

When I was running 8s on my X-Maxx and a center diff it would carry the front end all the way across the yard. I had several tires that blew apart from it.

My 1717 powered HVL is pretty much uncontrollable at WOT, it's just wheels in the air.

You may just need to balance throttle w/ the center diff oil. 30 is a litle high for a racetrack, but about right for bashing.

Some tires are really soft too and don't resist ballooning very well.

I used Powerstrokes on the front now with customs springs , that helps out a lot also , still little ballooning but much better to control now...
