Typographical Errors:

There may be advertising errors, typographical errors, or price changes which are beyond our control. Unlimited, Inc maintains no responsibility for these kinds of inadvertent errors or manufacturer price changes and we reserve the right to make price changes as necessary.

Warranties and Guarantees:

All warranties and guarantees, including missing items, are handled directly by the original manufacturer of that item and should be sent to them. In the case where Unlimited, Inc is the manufacturer we will of course handle it directly, for other manufacturer’s products we carry you must deal directly with the manufacturer. No returns on any opened items, motors or electronic merchandise.

Address Verifications:

To insure the security of the card holder, we do thorough address verification on all credit cards. If we cannot verify the address, we cannot ship the order. First time customers can only ship orders to the verified billing address of the credit card holder.

Shipping and Backordered items:

Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Back ordered items are subject to the same shipping charge. It's a regular order, and it costs the same to ship as the original order. All shipments paid by credit card require a signature, no exceptions. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Returns & Cancellations:

There is a 15% re-stocking fee on all returned or canceled orders. No returns on any opened items, special orders, motors or electronic merchandise. No returns, without written authorization, or after 30 days. No returns on items we have marked as discontinued, are no longer available on our website, clearance or close out items.

Payment:

We accept the following payment forms: Major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard. We also accept money orders and wire transfers.

Double discounting does not apply, all offered discounts are taken from LIST price only. These offers may not be valid with any other coupons or discounts and may not be applied to previously placed orders. Coupons have no cash value. Unlimited, Inc reserves the right to refuse to allow certain businesses, such as hobby stores and distributors, to purchase products pursuant to these special promotions. Unlimited, Inc reserves the right to set minimum purchase amounts required to qualify for any special offers.

Order Acceptance:

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Unlimited, Inc reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. Credit card billing information you supply to us must match the billing information that the credit card company has on file for that card or your order can not be processed using that card.

Limitation on Liability:

Unlimited, Inc will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if Unlimited, Inc has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. These limitations will apply notwithstanding to any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.
